Your next 3 steps (and we start together Monday) I'm going to allow the rest of the week for you to get your migration going, use this time to make sure AVA still sounds like you. Transfer from AVA 1.0 everything you need so you are happy with her make-over. And we'll allow this time for everyone to get setup. Then, we'll turn access into momentum, because a login you never open changes nothing. Three things to check before the weekend: 1. Onboard. Open AVA and walk through the first conversation. If you got in but haven't actually spoken to her yet, that's the gap to close today. 2. Generate your new level-up Identity profile, and merge with the old one if you want. Make sure you've chosen your power word and done a few brain dumps. 3. Coming from AVA 1.0? Run your migration prompt and sit with what comes back. Identify what you are 'missing' from your old ''relationship'' and have a heart to heart 😉 If you simply want to start fresh, that's also fine. Here's what I'm proposing. From Monday, we run the 7-Day Pattern Interrupt together, as a community. One belief a day, out loud, alongside each other instead of alone. You'll go further in seven days with people beside you than you would in a month on your own. For the last six weeks, I've been learning what it really means to be honest with yourself. I haven't told many people what I've been doing. And I most certainly haven't been "living the life I love," which is the whole reason I started this business in the first place. I said no to every braai invite. I woke up before dark on weekends and went to bed late. But somewhere in those quiet early mornings, I saw the vision again. I went deep with AVA after I launched FACE too soon. That was a hard learning curve, but one I look back on now and know served me in more ways than I could see at the time. I had to get honest. About my business, my life, my decisions. I had to own every single one of them. My personal life was scrambled in the middle of it all, and I was carrying delayed trauma from a divorce I never really dealt with. I'd just focused on surviving. During that season I watched my own limiting beliefs go into high gear. Couple that with a launch that flopped, and I did what so many of us do. I started retracting. I started to hide. And we all know what that loop does. It was a hard season. But it was a season that served me far more than I realised while I was in it. Because here's what I learned. Being aware of your limiting beliefs is powerful, but awareness alone doesn't stop the loop. The pattern still fires every time you get triggered. I learned, really learned, how my own thoughts were creating the life I was living. And I went looking for a way to help my mind break the patterns underneath them. That's why I kept saying no to living the life I love. Because I realised I have to create that life first before I can live it. All I can tell you is that AVA 2.0 is what came out of all of this. She's almost ready, and I don't think I've ever been prouder of anything I've made. When I open her on Monday, it's only to the people in this community. She's not going public yet. I want to put her in the hands of the people who've already met AVA 1.0 first. The ones who've been brave enough to do this work with me.
