Thanks for the links Keris… will definitely check them out. I’ve been working on organising my time better so that meditation/allowing time is ring fenced & not pushed on from the next day to the next… still work to do there!! Sam’s session on Saturday threw up unexpected things for me & in a sense was the wake up call I needed…. @Veritie Yates i hope Keri’s responses have helped you?! I’m glad you posted that’s how Sam’s words made you feel because now with the support here you can maybe lean into why you felt that way you did… x

@Shona Cherry ah, thanks! Trying to get my sh*t together & sort out my daily routine. I like Sam’s straight talking approach…sometimes we need that! Hope you’re doing ok… x
A Powerful Watch ...
Last night's session was an emotional (obvs) but also very powerful session to be part of. Thank you @Veritie Yates and @Inken Daley for your shares. I had a moment watching Inken find her voice (and power) that reminded why I started Mindful Body Method. It moved a lot of emotion in me and I've been processing all morning. I encourage you to be curious and see for yourself. There was a particular sentence from Inken that reflected something from my own past, sat in my unconscious. I also completely understand how easy it is to use shame or not feeling good enough to skip self care too so sending lots of love to you Veritie. I hope you have that cuppa in the garden today or find time for a nidra because you need and deserve to fill your cup. Apologies for being a snotty mess but vulnerability and showing emotion is part of all this. Have shared the change triangle below as a reminder.

Yoga Nidra Insights & Guided Session
Hello, Lovely to see some of you yesterday evening. Here's the recording of the session, the first part explains a little more about Yoga Nidra and the second part is a guided practice. I've split the recording so you can redo the nidra on it's own. I'll be creating a classroom just for nidras and meditations so you can find them easily. Also reminder we have our group Emotional coaching with Pippa 10.30am Saturday ✨ Full session with Yoga Nidra Teacher Ciara Sammon here Yoga Nidra Session here

I listened to the introduction part yesterday & did the nidra this morning. Wow, I really loved that nidra, did not want to move when it was finished. Really enjoyed learning about nidras & am looking forward to revisiting this one. On the back of this I have promised myself that I will do nidras 3/4 times a week, as they are adhoc at best, but I felt so deeply relaxed during this, I want to give them more priority. When I was listening to the introduction I paused it to take a few moments & let the tears come. It was when Ciara said she had lost her favourite person when she lost her dad & it hit me like a bolt of lightening. I’d not thought of it like that but when I lost my dad I lost my favourite person & I needed to sit with that for a while… I found Ciara’s voice so relaxing. Really look forward to more sessions with her… 💕

Hey Keris, not sure if it was your signal or mine. But thank you, I’m going to put a pin in doing anything further & just focus on having fun over the summer 😊

Ergh.... how is it almost summer solstice? So after a week in the UK visiting friends, family, driving on the wrong side of the road and hanging out in the place I grew up in ... let's just say there have been many insights and aha moments. And lots of awareness and allowing in action 🤯🫣😡🥰 Few observations that might help you... I need to work on my relationship with money. I've paid for far too many things as others have been too distracted or because I was organising things. I realised I really struggle to say... "It's your turn to pay" Or "You haven't paid me for xxx" ... fear fear fear but also anger as some are taking advantage. I reflected about how this happens often in different relationships for me. It's not their fault, it's mine for not pointing this out. I've realised a lot of this comes back to insecurity about money and self. Asking for money brings up lots of me. Matt has challenged me to communicate better on this 🫣 And I've also realised how quickly I become a passenger in a conversation, the other person is just rambling on and on 🫠🫠🫠🫠 I struggle to interrupt when I need to leave or quite frankly have just had enough, as it's not a conversation. I don't want to appear rude, yet they are being quite rude, the irony! The art of conversation is becoming more challenging it seems as everyone's so bloomin distracted and no longer reading cues nor realising they're on a ramble chat 😂 I also observed how the people who do apologise for rambling and saying too much actually are talking about really interesting stuff and I could listen for hours. I've seen a lot of painful self consciousness this week, and funnily enough these are the people who's company I have really enjoyed yet they can't believe they're great to hang with. So that's a few observations from me and here's my PACE this week 👇

I’m a mum, partner & animal lover. My perfect day would be cold water swimming in nature, sauna & cake.
