Anyone else find the weekends hard ? What do ye all do to keep the mind off drink ? Sober 3 weeks now but today is a tough one

@Richard Loughnane well done Richard..I’m 42 and don’t know if I’m too old to be joining this, but doing it for sone help along the way. Been to treatment off all drugs but not the drink. Taken it one day at a time
