Hey All! Nolan real estate investor, SLP, and entrepreneur - I'm a beginner with AI for only about a year. I've done some no code apps, created GEMS for myself, and try to engage with AI daily to stay informed. I've used Chat GPT but have been migrating to Gemini for the last 6 months. I'd love to improve my ability to build no or low code apps and to learn how to use them within my tenants / management flow. I'd also love to build and and implement CRM into sales etc. I've only been using skool actively for about 2 months and found this community through youtube. A fun fact about myself is that I am obsessed with coffee, bikes, and boardgames
