When do you start your first assessment on PreK3 students.

I have been a VPK teacher in middle Tennessee for 5 years. I teach 4/5 years olds

Anyone here have the new pre-k studies that includes cameras? This will be my 3rd year using the new pre-k studies and I have yet to teach Cameras. My biggest concern is finding hands on materials/cameras that will benefit learning. Working cameras can be pricey and thrifting cameras is always a hit or miss. I know that 4/5 year olds can be a little rough with toys and materials. Any suggestions for physical supplemental materials (not digital resources) for Cameras and how/where to get them?
