Quick Question for the Non-Fiction Authors Here 👋📚
Writing a book is one thing… Turning it into a real author business is another. I’m curious — Where are you currently stuck in your journey? • Writing / finishing the manuscript? • Editing & structuring the book properly? • Publishing process confusion? • Marketing & getting readers? • Building authority or platform? Sometimes the hardest part isn’t talent it’s clarity. Drop where you are right now (or your biggest challenge). Let’s learn from each other. And if you’ve already overcome a stage, feel free to share what helped you someone here might need it 👇

@Sharon Foster Totally understandable, Sharon Foster. After spending that much time on formatting, wanting the print proof to look perfect makes sense. Starting with Kindle first is a smart move too, it helps catch any small layout issues before the print version goes live. You’re definitely close now. If you ever want a second pair of eyes on the formatting or layout, feel free to reach out.” I have a marketing expert that help me out on it, on where to publish it where and some marketing strategies tho

@Amanda Molloy Honestly Amanda, that’s a really smart way to approach it. Breaking things into time blocks like that makes the whole process feel a lot more manageable instead of trying to tackle everything at once. I also like that you’re balancing the three big areas at the same time writing the book, building the audience, and staying visible. A lot of people focus only on finishing the manuscript and then realize later they don’t have readers yet. One thing I’m interested in though: have you noticed which of those activities is actually moving the needle the most for you right now? The writing itself, the newsletter/blog, or the social engagement? And actually I do have a marketing expert that help me with mine if you dont contact him so he could help you
