L-Sit To Handstand Advice
Hey mates! Recently I have been focusing more on handstands and handstand push ups. I have reached a level where i can do bent arm pike press and wall handstand push up. But this journey is long and I want something easier and rewarding in between. So I decided to learn the L-Sit to handstand. The only thing I am plateauing at is the transition period. I am not able to get my hips high at the transition in order to press. I get stuck in a tucked bent arm planche like position. Can anybody help me out?
