Introduce yourself
Reply below with three lines: 1. Your role and firm (if applicable) 2. The clients you serve most 3. Where you are based I will go first. Noah Lefholz, co-founder of The Foundry Firm. We do R&D tax credit studies for business owners nation wide, with $500M+ in credits identified so far. Most of my week is spent with advisors who want to bring more to their clients. Your turn.

Wins
One introduction, one week
One of our early affiliates referred an AV integration business. He made one introduction. Within a week, that client had signed the engagement and paid the deposit. No pitch deck. No dollar promise. One conversation about the technical work, then an email to Foundry. That is the model. When yours lands, post it here.

Deal Desk Live starts Thursday, September 24 at 3pm ET
Every Thursday, 3:00 to 3:30pm ET, on the Skool call. It is on the Calendar tab. HOW IT WORKS Bring one prospect. Describe the business and the technical work, with no client names. The Foundry team gives you a fit or no fit answer on the spot, and tells you what to say when you make the introduction. Can't make it live? Post the prospect in Deal Desk using the template in Start Here, and we cover it on the call. The goal is simple: nobody leaves Thursday without knowing who to introduce next.

How to post in Deal Desk
Not sure a prospect qualifies? Post it here before you make the introduction. The Foundry team reads every Deal Desk post, and we cover them on Deal Desk Live every Thursday at 3pm ET. Start here: your first week in The Forge
Welcome. This is the private home for Foundry affiliates: the people who introduce business owners to R&D tax credit studies. YOUR FIRST WEEK 1. Take the R&D Credit Crash Course in Classroom. About 45 minutes, and you come out ready to spot a fit and make an introduction. 2. Introduce yourself in General discussion: your role and the clients you serve. 3. Bring one prospect to Deal Desk Live, Thursdays at 3pm ET. You get a fit or no fit answer on the spot. HOW THIS COMMUNITY IS ORGANIZED • Start Here: onboarding and reference posts from the Foundry team • Announcements: program updates • Deal Desk: pressure-test a prospect before you introduce them • Wins: introductions that became engagements • General discussion: everything else HOUSE RULES Keep client names private. No dollar figures before a study. No pitching other members. One introduction, one week. That is the bar. See you in Deal Desk.
