Hey dude! Thanks for your patience over the weekend. Sounds like you understand what you need to improve already! Hooks are a super important part of content - but they can come in the form of physical actions as well as words! You can be starting or in the process of a particular task while you're talking: cleaning a room, building a bike (which got a lot of views for me), or anything else really. You could be cooking your dinner! Combining the physical hook with an emotive verbal hook is super important so the audience feels like they want to listen to the entire thing. It's also not going to happen overnight. One reel may do pretty well, but consistency with view duration and views will come with consistency with posting etc. Idea + phyiscal/verbal hook + pacing = 🔥

1-2 times a week I reckon is best for normal email newsletters. If you're running a campaign to sell something or if you're launching a new business, I would highly recommend a short campaign with multiple emails in a week.
