What can you say to your prospects that no one else can?
I teamed up with Boundless Network (a promotional products company) to promote a storefront program they built for Carrier Global — the largest HVAC manufacturer in the U.S. The program helps Carrier’s network of 8,000+ dealers save money on branded apparel by using their Co-op dollars. We’re 591 leads into the campaign so far, and over 60% of responders are ready to hop on board. Most HVAC companies are bombarded with cold emails. We broke through that resistance by focusing on one thing: crafting an airtight offer that handles objections before they come up. Dealers not only save thousands on apparel — they get every dollar back using Co-op funds. It’s a no-brainer, and that’s exactly why our cold emails are standing out in crowded inboxes. Happy Thursday everyone!

@Devin Butler Hey Devin, hope you’re doing well! I don’t really rotate through a set of subject lines or angles. I take a more dynamic approach based on intent, competitor data, geographical data, etc. One creative way I’ve grabbed attention is by using AI to get the name of the closest 5-star restaurant to a lead’s physical location and dropping it into the subject line. It’s a total pattern interrupt and something they instantly recognize. I’ve also used AI to scrape prospects’ websites, pull a product or service they offer, and insert it into the subject line. I always keep subject lines fully lowercase and under 3–4 words. The angles I use are completely dependent on the offer and the target audience. I’ve tested all the templates in the past, but at the end of the day, it really comes down to how well you can communicate “why you, why now.” So I change up the copy and offer for every market and focus on what speaks to them. Also, i’m thinking about filming and posting a few Loom vids to help folks in the community dial in their business email game 😁

All the unexpected problems that pop up daily and force you to quickly figure out what’s actually going on — and fix it.
Hello Everyone
I am an Entrepreneur building from the ground up — I recently started my own hat company and I’m focused on growing the brand into something big. I’m also beginning my journey into real estate with no prior experience, but a clear goal: to one day own a 32-unit apartment complex. Open to guidance, connections, and opportunities that align with business growth and wealth building.
