POOR ENERGY CONTROL-An encounter leaves you deflated, used, abused, insulted, dirty and demotivated. Their energy isn't sustainable; they've stayed 'high' by stealing your pure, clean, energy you've worked hard to develop. *energy health helps you feel their lack 24/7 BLISSFUL: constant cheesy Buddha grins, namastes and arm-stroking 'sweetie darling'. Real & ugly life isnt allowed to penetrate. *grounded life has vulnerability, sad days & changing states RULES: To be in their circle rules are sharp, unforgiving & no compassion, understanding, patience or individuality (this is different than healthy boundaries). It shows how fragile the illusion is.
