Over the years I've spent $10's of Thousands on Courses. Most were hard to use and apply to my business. They looked good at first glimpse. Then when I went through them, they were dry, boring and frankly, painful to get through. I wanted the Pitch Kit to be different. I wanted to make a physical workbook I could put on my desk. Something easy to use as reference. The workbook is in a story format like watching a movie where you are the main character. You will learn my story. Hopefully you will relate. It's the story of starting with zero armed with nothing more than a system to generate leads, get exclusive listings and make money with a repeatable process. I was fortunate to learn from Bob Knakal, who became a legend in real estate brokerage by following the system we call Proof Stacking. You'll learn the system too through my lens as Bob's first sales broker applied online and offline. Below is the table of contents. It looks like a lot but is easy to glance through. It's more like a skimable workbook than something you read. I try to follow Steve Pressfield's theme from Nobody Wants to Read Your SH*T which is "Would you read what you just wrote". The workbook is designed as a daily roadmap to tilt the probability of success in your favor every day. You'll notice below I reference the parts like a movie Act l, Act ll, Act lll. The reason is to develop the mindset of building your business like a Netflix Series one episode after another. Movies have a clear theme and our businesses should too. The goal as per master marketer Eugene Schwartz, author of "Brilliance Breakthrough" is to talk and write so that people will never forget you. ACT I — INVISIBLE TO INDISPENSABLE 1.
