Customer just got an auto refunded for $100 after claiming package got lost after delivery. Tracking shows that it was delivered. How can I open a case for this and what is the likelihood I actually win?
@Nicholas Llorente Hi, I just had the same thing happen however when I go to “Returns” and dispute returns I only get options to dispute after I receive the item back. This is my first return so not sure exactly how this goes but can I dispute before they send the item back or I’ll have to wait until I receive the item to dispute it?
