Reframe your day in 60 seconds
To run the day, you have to know where it's going. Every evening, write down only THREE things you must accomplish tomorrow to feel successful. Most people fail because they have a list of 20 things and accomplish zero. Focus on the "Vital Few."

I love this! Great way to keep on track. Moving towards goals 3 steps at a time !
Mediocre Monday!
We all begin with mediocre methods. Giving yourself the freedom to be mediocre isn’t about settling for less, it’s about giving you the courage to start where you are. Starting with mediocre methods will lead to mastery. Trying to puzzle out perfection before action will leave you stuck on the procrastination ring of fire!🔥 What are you gonna dive into today that requires you to adopt the mediocre mindset? - Use what you have - Do what you can - Let good enough be enough For me it’s making some more video content!

This is a great reminder to keep moving! You might decide to change direction even if slightly. I sometimes get caught in procrastination convincing myself that I am in the planning stage🤷
Fitness
Hi everyone, I’m Rebecca. I’m 3½ months postpartum with my first baby, and it’s been a wild experience watching my body change. Lately, I’ve been feeling like my goals of being “strong” and “super fit” are still pretty far away. For the past 6 weeks, I’ve been walking 10,000+ steps a day, and over the last couple of weeks I’ve started eating in a calorie deficit. Now I’m hoping to add in short 15–20 minute weight sessions to build strength, burn more calories, and still support my milk supply. I’ll be honest—it’s been challenging to meet myself where I’m at without judgment. I’m learning to accept that progress takes time, and that I’m still moving forward even if it doesn’t happen overnight. Right now, I’m leaning into the “mediocre method”—letting good enough be enough, and trusting that consistency will get me where I want to go. Happy to be in this community ♥️

Today I took a walk at a park on the Colorado River in Yuma AZ, Wetlands Waterfront Park. In the 1970’s it was the City dump. Today it is 110 acres of which so far 30 have been restored. Lots of wildlife, walking/biking trails, picnic areas, boat launch, and a gigantic playground called “The Castle”. It is truly an oasis in Yuma on the Colorado River.

@Abe Bray that is awesome! That can be a difficult change to make. Congratulations to the student!
Work Life balance
Now that I am nearing 70, looking back I would have liked to spend more time living and less time working. Today’s world is different than it was for me. Technology has opened many opportunities to create an existence that allows more time for living. It doesn’t have to be about money. Success looks different for everyone, the “Juice for the Squeeze.” What do I need in my life? Is it security, comfort? Now I am retired and living my best life. I like to live each day with purpose. I decided I am going to live to be 100 years old. I bought a day counter that lets me know how many days are left, roughly 8700. I worked hard so I could retire, but at what compromise?

Striving to balance work/life relationship for me has changed to what I need to enjoy retirement. My first thought is how much money do I need? How much money makes me rich? Will money fulfill my needs? Just having lots of money doesn’t make me feel rich. My quality of life makes me feel rich. My family, my friendships, activities, my health, being able to relax and enjoy the moment, my spirituality. So many blessings that do not require lots of money, but I need money. How much is enough? When do I stop chasing the dollar to enjoy life? Will I ever stop?Something I ponder often. YOLO
