I've been stuck in Gold 1-2 for maybe a year now never made it further than Gold 2 div IV. (P.S some people might tell me to not do this but I train flashy mechs)

anyone know how to speed flip ive watched tutorials and tried asking some friends and i still cant seem to get it if any if yall have tips it would me much appreciated and is anyone else having this same issue as me if you have tips or have this issue let me know it would be nice to have a better players opinion on this
