Ufff…tough choice to make tbh. They both aiming for fast print / multi-color print. H2C has up to 7 colors if I am not mistaken. But the price 🙈 Are you trying to increase the capacity of your farm or into more complex prints?

@Jan de Wild to me seems like a strong arguments for h2c from your side. If that dude would bring you value and budget is not a question looks like a good option. At the end of a day your final call where to invest. Let us all know what would you choose ☺️
Order situation: Too big, too soon?
Hi everyone, Just sharing a situation I got myself into recently and how other people would handle this particular scenario differently? I reached out to a company as I felt I could print some company-themed merchandise (did a few prototypes and had some great feedback). The only issue was that this company had a conference event and requested 200 of this product but with a hard deadline of 1 week. I did the maths, scaled down the model as much as I could but there was no way I could’ve possible done 100 of these prints in 1 week, even 50 was going to be a stretch. I worked out the profits and even considered buying more printers but I would’ve made no profit doing this and just didn’t have the liquidity at the time, so in the end I had to turn down my first big order simply because I didn’t have the capacity to print so many. I have since bought another H2C and an A1 to give me more capacity, just wondering would any of you do something else in this situation?

@Nils Osterhues it is actually very good advice with the counter offer. I work in quite big tech company as 9-5. We have lots of events and conferences, many of them planned ahead of time, usually already with some swag ordered beforehand. @Arjan Atwal they probably made a moon shot to see if you can make it or not, they don’t know your capacity and volumes. At the end of a day it is your call. The counter offer in this case would be more like a mitigation strategy and management of expectations.
