@Natalie Bergsma I was considering more of clients trying to manage their personal email inboxes. There is so much junk mail, email filtering can't keep up. There's so much junk mail, it's easy to miss important messages. Email is no longer viewed as an immediacy form of communicating, it's a very passive form of communicating that has an expectation set of delay in response. Text message is immediacy and more direct, and for that reason, also more personal. I will say, from the client view, the centralized email takes out personalization and feels like you don't know who is getting and seeing your messages.
