Excited about this one..I am attending (a big solo event for me) my very good friend's Cystic Fibrosis charity ball tomorrow evening. He passed away in April and it has already been an emotional week thinking about this event with him not being there. I am ready to embrace the evening and celebrate him and his amazing legacy 💜

I'm taking a strength class at 7.30am tomorrow (part of my 'getting jacked for Christmas' era) and looking forward to catching up with family

I am reconnecting with a friend I haven't seen in years which may be combined with some "light refreshments" 😁
