What do you wish someone had told you?
There are a lot of coaches here working on new offers or products. Many of us are left trying to figure it out on our own, so I thought it might be helpful to share what we’ve learned. If you’ve already launched an offer, what do you wish someone had told you before you started? ⭐ What was harder than you expected? ⭐ What did you spend too much time on? ⭐ What did you ignore that mattered more? ⭐ What slowed you down? ⭐ What would you do differently now? ⭐ Anything else you wish someone had told you? There’s real value in hearing from those who’ve done it so please share your experience below 😊

@Lindi Harmse I agree! I constantly fail to get my head round WHY it takes so long - often it's just logical, but still takes forever. Then when it doesn't work ... urgh.
Do any of you run ads?
As you know, this week I’m working on Meta ads to grow our community. My goal is to invite new coaches who are building programs, group offers, and digital products. So far, I’ve spent a lot of time learning about the Andromeda update which involves testing different angles and creatives to reach a wider audience. Then I moved on to building the creatives in Canva (I’ve shared a screenshot of the Canva file. It’s still a work in progress). So, I thought I'd test 3 angles: ⭐ 1. Free templates angle: “Stop creating coaching tools from scratch.” ⭐ 2. Time-saving angle: “Use ready-made, research-based resources in your offers.” ⭐ 3. Build + sell angle: “Turn your coaching ideas into products you can sell.” Next step is to get them live and see what happens 😊 🌈 Do any of you run ads to grow your offers or groups? Any tips for me? And would it help if I created a set of ad templates like these and added them to the Social Media Pack in the Classroom so you can make use of them too?

I haven't run paid ads as yet, it's on my 'going to have to do it sometime' list. Would love to hear your experiences, and templates would always be helpful!
Grateful
Hi, I´m Katia from Barcelona. I´m a family physician and I have specialized in neural therapy, regulation on the autonomic nervous system. I´m still figuring out which kind of program I´d like to build. Very grateful for being here!

Hi Katia! My work includes autonomic nervous system regulation - would be interesting to see what kind of overlaps we have.

@Katia Puente de la Vega I sent you a message :-)
Audience engagement: what’s working?
Following on from an earlier chat with Miri, I’d love to hear what 'audience engagement' looks like in your world — and where you’re actually seeing it (comments, DMs, replies, community posts, etc.). For context: I’m a former Psychologist now doing Emotional Wellness Coaching (digital products/courses/coaching). I’ve noticed people in my niche often consume quietly - low replies to emails, and not much interaction in FB groups. Have you found that to be true too? If so, where are you seeing engagement, and what’s been working best to invite it?

@Steven Poelmans I'd love to see a discussion on this - it helps us all, right? I'm trying to find creative ways to enable people to feel supported and part of a community without having to be visible. Maybe I'm looking for a unicorn?!

@Miri Campbell that's great to hear. I often wonder if there's an actual difference between B2B and B2C businesses, or if that's my own preconception. B2B means you're talking to people motivated to action, including discussion. I imagine that people on an emotional wellness journey don't necessarily want to discuss that. I'm happy to be proved wrong!
Quick question about Skool
When I decided to move onto Skool, it took me ages to get everything set up 😅 I spent a lot of time working out what graphics I actually needed and how to make everything look consistent. Once I had it set up, I started thinking that I could probably make this part easier for other coaches. So I want to ask you: Would coaching business–specific Skool Canva templates help you? I’m thinking templates for things like: - Community cover / banner image - Course thumbnail images - Module cover images - Event graphics - Welcome image - Freebie or resource cover image - Testimonial / social proof graphic - Challenge announcement graphic - Call-to-action graphic (Join now, Start here, etc.) ⭐ All editable in Canva. You’d just add your own brand colours, logo and text. Can you vote and let me know?

@Miri Campbell when I saw your set up in Skool (and realised they've added a payment tier cheaper than $99 per month!) I actually had a long discussion with ChatGPT, which knows me well by now. I already have a set of plugins for Wordpress that work in a similar way so I don't want to add to my load right now. But YouTube templates could be helpful. It might also be useful if you could produce, or collaborate with someone to produce graphices relevant to our niche. Sometimes it's hard to find non-generic looking ones, they can get samey after a while. Just a thought.
