🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT — PLEASE READ 🚨
I’ve been sitting on this decision for months. Thinking it through carefully and today, I’m making it public. For those who’ve followed my work here or on Facebook, you’ll know I’ve been coaching tattoo studio owners through the Inkonomics 7 Pillars for over two years now. In that time, I’ve worked with a great deal of artists and studio owners. We’ve tested it. Broken it. Refined it. Rebuilt it. What exists now is not theory — it’s a proven operating system for running a stable tattoo business in a chaotic market. But here’s the problem I keep running into 👇Too many good studios. Too many solid artists telling me there's not enough cashflow right now to invest in education — even when they know they need it. Shops are quiet. Costs are up. Stress is high. Frankly, watching talented people burn out or drift away from the industry because they lack structure doesn’t sit right with me anymore. So I’ve made a call. 🔥 Starting January 2026, I’m releasing the entire Inkonomics 7 Pillars course here on Skool — completely FREE. 🔥 No upsell tricks. No fake scarcity, no bait-and-switch. Just: 🎥 Full video training 🎧 Podcast-style lessons 📘 Coaching frameworks 🧠 Business mindset tools ⚙️ Systems you can actually implement Everything you need to start stabilising your studio, rebuilding confidence, and thinking like a business owner again — on me. This isn’t charity, it's a line in the sand. I believe the tattoo industry is heading into a divide: Studios with systems will survive. Studios without them won’t. I’m choosing to make sure access to knowledge isn’t the thing that takes you out. I’m deep into building this out now, so bear with me while it comes together — but this will be a big deal for anyone who feels stuck, burnt out, or quietly worried about where their studio is heading. 👀 Keep your eyes on this space.📣 Updates coming soon. If this could help you — or someone you know — drop a comment below and let me know. 👇 Alex

REAL TALK: Honest answers for important questions.
- “What’s the REAL reason clients don’t return to your studio?” - “How often do you message your past clients?” - “Be honest — do you have a client list? Yes or no?”

I message clients 2 weeks after their tattoo to make sure they're happy

IT'S NOT ABOUT HOW HARD YOU CAN HIT!
Inside this industry, thousands of artists are waking up today facing the exact same challenges: Shaky hands. Slow days. Hard clients. Dry spells. Skill plateaus. And you know what they’re doing? They’re getting up. Setting up their station. And tattooing anyway. You’re not alone in the struggle. You’re part of a community that fights through it.

The Story I Never Wanted to Share (But You Need to Hear)
Most people only show the highlights. The wins. The glossy Instagram moments. This isn’t that story. A few years ago, I was at my lowest point: - Cancer. - My health was wrecked. - My shop was hanging by a thread, nearly bankrupt. I remember saying to my wife: “How did it come to this? How can I be this talented, working myself to the bone, and still be staring straight at bankruptcy?” That was the moment I realised: 👉 Art isn’t enough. 👉 Instagram likes aren’t enough. 👉 Hustling harder isn’t enough. You need a system that doesn’t care if you’re ill, tired, or the algorithm turns against you. That’s why I built the Growth Engine. Because I never want another artist or shop to feel what I felt. It’s not about hacks and not about looking busy, its about boring, predictable systems that keep your doors open and your diary full — even when life throws its hardest punches. And when you’re done watching, ask yourself: 👉 If my shop had to survive my worst day, would it? – Alex

December 2023 a fire in the flat above the studio wrecked my studio and I had to have an operation 2 months later. But my landlords gave me a big room in their building and I got back on my feet. This year I had an injury from burn out needed an operation and my mum has been in hospital 5 weeks now and diagnosed with breast cancer and other things. But I've slowly picked away at putting things in place due to Alex and being here and I'm always grateful for what I do have 🙂
