I chose a move asset being mobility and movement. This has been something I have tried to work on multiple times but went with the all or nothing approach and if I missed a couple of days would revert back to my base of not doing any mobility movement work. I have made a focus on making the mobility work apart of my morning routine. If I do miss this in the morning, I can find a space and time to do some form of work on this and not give myself the excuse of missing the morning routine and moving it to the next day and the next until I eventually stop all together. I am really happy with the progress so far 12/14
