I got first part of my film photos today!!! I feel like they came out great!!! So happy!!! As for my second film roll, I should finish it at the end of the month after my small trip with friends. Hey friends, For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, springtime is right around the corner. The winter has been long…how’s your heart and mind heading into Spring? Do you connect your photography with your state of mind? For me - I find it incredibly helpful to get out with my camera and snap some images. It allows me space to process what I’m feeling and thinking, give me time to pray and work out the deeper longings of my heart. You could call it a spiritual practice. I find, when it’s been a while since my last photography outing, I struggle creatively and mentally and often wrestle with anxiety and depression. I’m ready for the warmer, more active months ahead. How about you?
