My biggest struggle so far is weeding out the service providers that want to be hired opposed to finding contractors. I keep getting inquiries from people seeking employment. I wondering if it was possible to hire them as contractors because through our interviews they are willing to purchase and supply their own inventory but they would be a sole contractor opposed to a small team. But that was just a consideration due to the amount of people that are seeking employment.
