Hi!
Okay fellow stylists, I’d love some advice. Today I had two back-to-back clients arrive 15–20 minutes late without notice, and it completely threw off my schedule. I don’t run into this often, but when it does happen, how do you handle it? Do you adjust the service (like skipping the blow-dry) to stay on time, or do you just run behind for your next client? I want to be understanding, but I also want to respect my time and my other guests. Would love to hear how you all navigate this.

Hi @Liliana Gusman ! This is so frustrating and stressful. I’ve had that happen to me multiple times and it just throws you off mentally and physically due to trying to stay on time. If I know I’m going to be stressed out by the time I reach my next client because of time , I just let the late client know I will have to skip the blow-dry or haircut. Usually they understand ☺️, if they don’t… that’s a another thing to navigate 🤭
