Tuesday Training: How to be Customer Centric
Tonight we focused on a simple but powerful shift: 👉 It’s not about YOU… 👉 It’s about the CUSTOMER When your message speaks directly to someone’s problem, they listen… and they respond. 💡 WHAT WE COVERED 🔹 Customer-Centric Thinking - Speak to their problem, not your opportunity - Make them feel understood - Focus on their outcome - 🔹 The ONE Thing - ONE target audience - ONE clear message - ONE simple CTA 👉 Clarity = responses 🔹 Message Framework - Call out (who it’s for) - Hook (grab attention) - Message (3–5 lines: educate, relate, or story) - CTA (clear next step) - 🚀 YOUR ACTION THIS WEEK 👉 Choose ONE audience 👉 Create 4 posts (a day, Jab Jab Jab, Right Hook) using the framework 👉 Start 5 conversations daily 👉 Follow up Highlight of the evening: 🔹 Frank Kern Frank Kern is one of the top direct response marketers in the world. He built multi-million dollar businesses by simplifying one thing… Enter the conversation already happening in the customer’s mind. 👉 Top Tip: “Your customer is already thinking: - I need more income - I feel stuck - I don’t know where to start 🔥 FINAL REMINDER 👉 Speak to ONE person clearly — and your business will grow. For those who attended tonight: Share the ONE THING that stood out for you from this session....

@Ciska Swanepoel your message about being customer centric really shares my vision of being helpful. Thank you for a wonderful session.
Facebook Fear
The thing about Facebook, is that most of the older generations (me) are either too afraid or too shy to post photos of themselves. I believe that the fear stems from "what would people think of me?" and the image that we perceive of ourselves that needs to be shown to our communities, friends, colleagues and families. The reality is that our communities and the rest of the world do not want to connect with generic images. In this day and age, people want to feel real connection with real humans. So, I got over my stupid fear and incorporated a beautiful picture of myself into my Facebook profile pic. Next step: getting over the Video Fear!

@Harry Dunwoody thank you. I am still thinking about the video-thing. It is terrifying.

@Dewald Naude Thank you! Truly inspirational. Videos still make me nervous. However, the reality is, that people want to see videos. The new generation doesn't like to read...

Progress
My second month and I've made a strategy shift. Changing to strong hooks and strong CTA. Reels getting made easier now with capcut and canva. Chat gpt is a lifesaver. I feel a subtle move as far as traction goes. Emotionally up and down but you have to just keep doing. (adjusting and learning) Still remains very exciting and a great business to be in

@Paul Claase I am working up the courage to get to making reels with myself in. Struggling to decide how I want to present myself that will create the "Nicolene-brand".
