Yosemite Basecamp Get-Away
@Roger Lee @Erica Traulsen @Adib Mahdi @Carver Tripp @Johana Austria and I are inheriting a peice of land from her Mom. WHAT DO YOU THINK THE BEST USE FOR THE LAND WOULD BE? Would love have your vote on the poll! Here's the address: 10255 Jalapa Way La Grange, CA95329 Mariposa County. CA USA This land is 2 acres and is about an hour drive to Yosemite, and a perfect "basecamp" for daily travel back and forth to the "Dawn Wall". If you haven't see this thing yet its incredible! 3000 ft and Alex Harnold of Tapei 101 fame on Netflix scaled this thing without any ropes or safety nets!! 🫣😬😦. In this picture for scale! I need to devise a master plan to build a MF property (any kind, stick built, manufactured, 3D printed, or may container home type) on this plot of land. Please provide your INSIGHTs as this area! 2 acres gives you lots of options! All options will depend on financing and county zoning and any restrictions.....send me info on this if u have it :)

@Ruben Austria I see address, ur purchasing product is important, what type of financing do you have in place? Conversate, catch it thru contract, county zones and restrictions first, site walk with builder 2nd, scope of work 3rd, make sure a return is there in the build, wrap together with financing and make sure all puzzles together. I would maximize lot to highest and best use with zoning and create a cash cow renting 50% long term and 50% as vacation rentals. The long term helping u carry thru slow VR months. Great area for vacation rentals but always check local restrictions and you always as an investor must be aware the county can change ur ability to vacation rent in time. Flip flop to long term rentals or 1031 into new inventory if the cash flow isn't there when restrictions change.

@Martin Magana we just hit the market with an off market....We had in San Ysidro, Arnold's listing, its a unicorn! I won't be there this Friday but happy to share details if u would like. Its 2 homes 1 lot...one a 4/1.5 and the other a 2/1. Fully fenced lot .16 acres. $850,000. We are now being attacked by end buyers and investors ❤️🏡 Off market we had the I hope this seller fails mentality going on, so we turned left and went live! No past rent records thankfully and both vacant and apartment style updated.
