But this particular project has a bigger story. Last August, at one of Kenna’s cardiology appointments, her doctor asked me how I wanted to proceed. That was the first time I had the very real feeling that we might be running out of time. And suddenly, every business plan I had made mattered a whole lot less. I needed to build income streams around one question: What can I do from my phone while sitting on the couch with Kenna? So I started exploring. Somewhere in that rabbit hole, I found a TikTok creator making serious money selling her photos. And no — not foot photos. Not OnlyFans. 😂 Travel photos. Food. Lifestyle. Everyday moments. And I thought… I have more than 25,000 photos. If I could figure out how this worked — and then demystify it for other people — that could become a very real income stream. So I started doing the research. Stock photo sites. Submission requirements. Metadata. Keywords. Releases. What gets rejected. What gives you a better chance. Then life happened. And this project sat unfinished for almost ten months. It took that long for me to have the tech, the focus, the time, and honestly the ability to come back to it and rebuild it into something simpler and better. But now? It’s done.
