Obstacles I’ve been facing lately
I have struggled so much with motivation… and I already know what everyone is going to say!! That’s when you have to rely on discipline. Well I’m struggling with that too lol. Lost my “why”, that I originally started with 9 years ago when I first started training. So, today I am trying a class at a new gym, to shake things up. I’ve also signed up for a half marathon 🏃♀️ in Feb 😱. How’s that for shaking things up 😂. I hope everyone has a great day!
