Hello everyone, When working with parts that may get triggered during an alignment, I invite you to get curious and create a safe space for the part to express it self to to you. It has presented itself for a reason! So, a sort of introducing the part to your Self. That way you can get to know this part from Self energy in the leadership role. This creates the safe space, free from any of our judgemental or critical parts. Self energy is safe. When in Self energy, we can ask our other parts, that can get in the way of this connection between our Self and the part that is showing up, and we can invite the other parts to pull back or soften back so that we can get to know this vulnerable part. SELF - Self is the seat of our consciousness - a different level of entity than parts or voices or emotions; Self is invisible because it is the “you” who is observing and witnessing Qualities of Self - when Self is in the driver seat or as Leader of your system and Life - Self is calm, clarity, confident, connected, compassionate, courageous, curious, creative - but also acceptance, harmony, gratitude, joy. Everyone has a Self, but it can be obscured by the extreme of parts Unburdening releases the Self. When we are parts lead, we assume we are the noise vs the peace behind the noise that the Self is. PARTS Parts, on the other hand, show up as voices, emotions, beliefs, thoughts, feelings - we call this thinking!! Parts are sub personalities: - they interact internally in situations and styles that are similar to the ways that people interact with other - All parts are valuable and want positive roles; they have potentials, purposes, gifts that they are born with - They can become extreme and destructive because of life’s experiences; can then often hold extreme beliefs, emotions, and thoughts - They are acting in a way that they believe are best for your system  - how we understand our parts determine how relate to them - Are they stuck in the past Parts can be in relationship with other parts, for good and ill!

I invite you to get to know your parts that may be showing up during your alignments. So it is about opening safe conversations between your Self and the part. Questions to explore: - What is the role of that part? - Where did their beliefs come from?  - What are they afraid will happen if they let go of the old roles? - How do you feel towards that part? - How do you treat them? - How old are the parts?  - Do they know how old you are today? - Do they trust you? - Any other parts showing up? - How often does this part show up for you in your life? - How would things be different if you were able to care for them effectively?

Hey everyone! There is a Venus Jupiter conjunction in Cancer happening today. It perfects (is exact) at 3:59pm EST. Venus, the archetype of beauty and harmony will be mixing energy with Jupiter, the archetype of expansion and meaning, and specifically of our inner truths. This mixing of these energies is happening in the Sign of Cancer. So the lens that this mixing of energies will come through is a field of energy that is caring and nurturing, and with a quality around emotional security. So, my practice around perfecting alignments, is to set an alarm several minutes ahead of the exact perfecting and I sit and turn inward. And I clear my mind ( not an easy task as a Gemini Sun) and I open to and align myself with the moment and see what happens. I did this exact practice recently when I had my solar return. I was sitting in silence turning inward on my front porch. And as the sun aligned with the exact timing of my own birth and Sun’s location, thus my solar return perfected, even with my eyes closed, I could see that the sun came out and everything became really bright as the sun shone down on my home. And in that was a specific message for me that landed crisp and clear - the Sun was shining its light on my heart’s desires (Sun sign essence) for this next trip around the sun. ☀️ A message that I needed and gave me confidence. And this sharing of my practice of new and full moon alignment IS my heart’s desire for this next trip I’m making around the sun. So I invite you to consider trying this practice out today!!
