Meta Ads Tips
Hey guys, i just recently started running meta ads and wanted to know if any of you had some tips on how to improve them. So far i've spent $400 ($40/day) and didn't book a single call, so i stopped the campaign and i'm creating a new one. The previous campaign was a lead form campaign with 4 creatives (video). The metrics were actually not that bad but i just wasn't getting a ton of leads, i got about 13 of them in total (brand new ad account) and most of them didn't even pick up the phone. I have a qualifying question and that's it. I was wondering if any of you guys who is having success with ads would be willing to teach me a few things during a coaching call or whatever. I target US biz but i'm leaving in europe so can't really do local ads... Anyways, thanks for the help everyone!

@Thomas Hassett thanks mate, since I posted this I actually started a couple new campaigns and now the results are much better. i focused more on images rather than video, CPL is around $7 but now i'm struggling to contact the leads since they rarely pick up the phone. I recently started tracking pick up rate and it's actually better than I had the impression (around 45%). Just need to get more bookings so I changed my creatives to focus more on the offer (many leads said they had no idea what i was talking about). anyways i'll let you know how things are going, thanks!
Meta ads leads pick up issues
Hey guys, I'm running ads to get leads, and whenever i get a new one i automatically send an sms acknowledging they filled out the form on my ads and that i'll be calling them shortly. However whenever I call them (even if it's within 5mn) the pick-up rate is very low. Is this because they're bad leads or is it kind of normal in the contracting niche? From doing cold calls in the past i know pick up rate is generally low but i thought it would be higher for slightly warmer leads. Any tips would be appreciated thanks!

@Victor Global Tech Yes I do, on the last slide of the form there is a book a call button and it redirects them on a landing page where there is the VSL explaining what I do etc.

@Victor Global Tech no I actually didn't think about that, I do everything manually and with automation at the moment. I don't have dozens of leads coming in everyday so I figured I'd try to keep it personalised for now

BOOM. I’ve hit $10k MRR! 51 paying clients, and it’s taken me just under seven months to get here. FEB 1st was my first cold call. By the end of this month, I’m on track to reach £8,300 MRR, which is roughly $11,000. My first 20 clients came from cold calling and walking into businesses. Now, nearly all my new clients come through Meta ads. I’ve hired a full time VA so I can concentrate on bringing in new clients, the 4 weeks has been me filming loom's and training the VA. I still work full time in my other business and have three children, so time is limited. Next year, I’ll be focusing on Trade Scale (my business) full time as I work towards £20k, £30k and beyond. I’ve learned so much this year: cold calling, selling, video editing and building workflows. I’m not joking when I say I could barely use a computer this time last year, never went on instagram and hadn't posted on facebook for 7 years. To anyone reading this: you have to become obsessed with learning and putting in the work. A big thank you to @Clay Lawrence . I watch every video and listen to your content in the car every single day. More than anything, I want to win the SaaS Gold Award next year. That’s my biggest goal now. Thanks, everyone!

Congrats Dale! I'm curious, what do you do with a lead that has no Google Business page? Do you set it up for them or do you consider the lead as not qualified?
