Info on in lawful money process that's all we have to do is send that template with the bill to us Treasury??? Any success by anyone?? Sent mine off today!!

So I just left the bank. They are not able to go back past the seven years in statements and of course they had no idea what I was talking about when it comes to lawful money as to updating my signature card. They don’t know what lawful money is and how to redeem it.
