T3 code
Has anyone else tried T3 Code + T3 Connect? I'm absolutely loving it. My main machine is an i9 with an RTX 4070 and 32 GB of RAM, but AI coding agents can still eat through memory pretty quickly. So I started "borrowing" the computers around the office that weren't being used: a Mac M1 with 16 GB of RAM and an i5 Linux box with 32 GB. Now I'm working across all three machines without bringing my Windows PC to its knees. I honestly feel like I've become the master of my own little compute cluster. 😂 Productivity has gone through the roof, and it's been a huge improvement over the Tailscale orchestration setup I was using before. Curious to hear how everyone else is using T3 Connect.

Can you add a mobile to the mix as well?

Anyone build their own CRM?
Everyone, Since my current CRM subscription is coming due I figured why not attempt to build my own CRM. I am stuck on the best way to communicate with clients so that I can send/read messages in my email as well as in the CRM. I also currently playing around with ideas to collect contract signatures (possibly developing a DocuSign functionality within the CRM. Has anyone done this yet? I am excited to learn about other peoples experiences if they have done this before.

@Paul Tesoriero I also thought I'd build my own CRM but then I realized, why should I waste tokens to build a CRM when there are people right now building components of a CRM as open source. For instance, docusealco/docuseal: Open source DocuSign alternative. Create, fill, and sign digital documents ✍️? I don't need to build one from scratch, but rather ask my coding agent to re-design this one for my needs. Less time, less token. Similarly, components of a full-fledged CRM seem to be occasionally trending on GitHub - I'd clone them and repurpose them inside of my Software factory.

Kimi K3
Who's been using Kim K3? I tried it for a couple of days. I hate the output - it's just too verbose OOTB. I think the output token cost is what puts it far behind the closed models (although the AI hype bros have most of us believing it's near Fable 5 and GPT 5.6 Sol). Interested to know other's experience.

I am ditching Kimi K3. While being a great open model, I think it’s not worth spending the time and money on it when the closed frontier models are just a few dollars more. Hear me out! K3 is super slow and the amount of time and tokens it burns to produce the same output is only slightly cheaper than say GPT 4.6 Sol high. Fable remains my daily driver with Opus for large scale coding!
Asking for a codereview, how many times?
I'm curious what your experiences are with this. I often find myself working on a feature then after completion ask for a codereview on the uncommitted changes. This is something that I do; but with capable models of today it can keep identifying findings. As a QA myself I look at this, and then often do some planning around that findings scope to best solve the issues. However with the powerful models that we have it can keep iterating and iterating and finding stuff 🤭 I'm wondering if you have experienced some of the same and is there maybe a number of iterations you max do; lets say 3? Or in your AI harness / skills do 1 or 2 rounds on this and identify the feature "finished"?

I think the "amount" of review depends on the product! A weekend project probably does not need the same level of review as a customer facing product! I use this harness (kunchenguid/firstmate: Talk to one agent. Ship with a crew.) which ships with a feature called "no mistakes" that does a pretty good job at adversial review of your code to suggest high priority bugs/fixes vs lower priority one's.
