I want to know what YOUR thing is. Not because I’m trying to sell you something. I want to know what we should be talking about and teaching in this community. So, what’s the investing thought that keeps you up at night? There are no wrong answers. Unless you say “tenants calling at 2 a.m.” That one has a wrong answer: Stop giving them your phone number.
