As I reflect on our club call last night, a lot of us talked about overthinking and people pleasing. When we hear things from someone we admire or get some news we’re not excited to hear, we rush into thinking about worse case scenario and start thinking of every possible outcome. 99% of which isn’t reality. So this quote is a reminder that perspective is so important!

Sorry I’ve been quite on here. I joined the 24th and on the 21st I found out that my best friend committed suicide. And i figured I would join this group to help me out with this grief process. He lives in a different state so it feels so much harder. Ik I can’t do this by myself. I look forward to seeing everyone’s positive post!
