I'll start off by saying, if you were looking from the outside in and listening to what this person was saying, you would have thought she wasn't going to commit. Multiple times throughout the call she mentioned money and how her and her husband were saving for a new home and they recently cut a bunch of expenses. But, when we dove into her reasons why she hopped on the call and talked about what her life would look like if she didn't make the change, she was all in, price was not a barrier. So moral of the story, assume the sale and don't let barriers stop you from following through with the conversation.
