@Adam McCollough I have fallen foul of a couple of groups not by intent but by accident for similar reasons. It’s easier to just delete the post and move on . There is already enough to do without making things harder

@Adam McCollough but discussion is also good 😊
I Need Your Advice: Help Me Build Our Next Step
Last night I sat down for a raw strategy session with Goose Dunlavey to pull apart my coaching offer and pricing. If you know me, you know I don't believe in generic "blueprints". I believe every business requires a specific action plan based on your unique skills and resources. Normally, my 1:1 coaching rate is £300 ($400) an hour. But I want to package my brain, my problem-solving, and my experience into an offer that actually fits our "Start a Business with No Money" ethos, while still giving you the high-level mentorship you need to break through your roadblocks. I originally had a plan to launch a $97 and $297 tier. But Goose told me that multiple offers can cut conversions in HALF (He knows Skool a lot better than me). He challenged me to drop the tiers entirely and offer a single, flat-rate $600/month mastermind strictly capped at 20 people to ensure that I am able and willing to deliver the best attention you deserve, so everyone gets massive results. Now, I'm torn... You are the Builders of this community, and you are the heartbeat of this clubhouse. I don't want to guess what you need, so I'm asking you directly. If you were to upgrade to get more direct help from me, which of these three models would you most likely sign up for, and why? These are just EXAMPLES of what the final offer/s could look like: (Please be brutally honest. I won't hold you to it, and nobody is pulling out a credit card today! I just genuinely value your opinion and want to create an offer that works for us all!) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Option 1: The "Hot Seat" Group Tier ($97 / month) - The Vibe: Cheaper, larger group setting where you learn from others' challenges. - What you get: Weekly live focus group sessions where we do "Business Teardowns". You might get a quick 5-10 minute hot seat to let my ADHD-powered brain solve your immediate problem. Plus, you get full access to my paid Substack vault, the resource library, and a 20% discount if you ever want to book a 1:1 call with me.

@Susan Peahl I tend to agree but there will be people out there who can and will pay for it. Unfortunately not me as although I see the value of a facility like this it’s not something I could entertain.

She has been a powerhouse of support and advice in here all month. If you haven't connected with her yet, Heather runs The Directory On Skool. It is a brilliant visibility community for online business owners who are ready to stop shrinking and start getting found by the exact people searching for what they do. Intro!
Hi everyone, I'm Nikkie 🌈 most refer to me as The Rainbow Queen, online haha. So happy to be here. A little about me: I'm a viral AI content creator and freedom creator coach from Australia. Over the last 6 months I've built a brand of more than 250,000 followers and over half a billion views, all without ever showing my face, and mostly from my bed. I say that honestly, because I'm navigating a terminal illness while raising six young beautiful kids, so building something gentle and sustainable was never a nice-to-have for me, it was the only way it could work. That became my whole mission: helping burnt-out women, busy mums and beginner creators build a real online income with AI, without burning out. Soft life meets online empire, as I like to say. What lights me up most is watching a woman who thought she'd missed her chance post her very first faceless video or earning their first income online and realise she can actually do this. What I'm working towards is simple: real freedom and security for my family, while proving you don't have to hustle yourself into the ground to make it online. Rest as a right, not a reward. Genuinely though, I'm just as happy to be here to learn, connect and cheer you all on. I run a community for women building faceless AI income nearly 6 weeks old now and we have 600 members so far, super exciting. Thank You Can't wait to get to know you all properly. 💛

@Nikkie Burns she has had two operations and has another tumour but this last one is inoperable so daily medication for the rest of her life. But she is super cheerful and always sees the bright side of life

@Nikkie Burns she really is , sounds similar after op one it grew again so op two but they couldn’t take it all out so she is left with a bit left that’s slowly growing but appears manageable
What have you been working on today?
And do you need any help and advice? Do share what you've been up to. I love to see what you're all working on... Share your wins, or tell us your woes. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱, and usually when it feels SO hard, it just means that you have pushed that boulder so far up the hill you are just about to reach the nice flat peak before you can push it down the hill the other side! Remember, we can all come and push that boulder with you if you let us! Businesses were never meant to be run alone. We are stronger together! 💪😍
