WELCOME TO THE EXPERT COACH COMMUNITY My name is Ed and I hope this is going to transform your life like nothing else you have experienced before. . . The Expert Coach Certification is sold for £5,000. This is not some fake marketing technique to get you to trust me. The truth is the online space today is not that empowering. There are few communities available for coaches and consultants That provides real value and most are just spam communities. . . Day in and day out my ads get bombarded with negative comments about coaching I get tired of people commenting negative things. how all coaches just want to make money etc Coaching is a scam etc Making money is not why I decided to become a coach. There is nothing wrong with making money from coaching However, if it is the most important factor to you as a coach You are most likely going to fail. . . Money is a by-product of being an amazing coach. Money is a by-product of being able to create amazing transformations with clients The truth is most coaches/consultants are just not that good at the skill of coaching

@Katya Gor You can’t teach authenticity if you haven’t been there Ed has been there in many contexts including giving away and seeing the value and emotional rewards for reciprocity that results in measures back

@Katya Gor It is like finding treasure and any digging for treasure is found in deep places so requires work I like the analogy of water which I assume you to mean ordinary and not valuable compared to treasure or something else
Wow wow wow, what a day this have been.....
I HAD A HUGE VICTORY TODAY! I was paticipating in a workshop for coaches here in Denmark, and it got recorded, and there was around 100-120 paticipating and besides that it's going to be send out to over 2000+ coaches! AND I SHARED MY KNOWLEGDE AS A ROOKIE, and people loved it, the hosts loved the knowlegde and the things I contributed with, SO MUCH that I have a meeting with them on Monday 10:30 my time, to eventually get to be a part of their team behind there success, and that gives me access to all the tools that they provide so that I can scale my business! I needed to share this, because I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF🔥

I hope I am commenting in context. If I am not pour a bucket of cold baked beans on my head! I appreciate this is a thread to congratulate Soren and be inspired by her story and celebrate her success. In response to fear. I am sure some of you have heard the saying False evidence appearing Real F. E. A. R How many big toy dinasaurs have we believed to be true because they appeared and sounded real when we were little? In business this context might be fear of being known, fear of failure, fear of rejection , fear of success, fear of making mistakes fear of what others may think, fear of not meeting expectations of others after a big performance/achievement. How do we deal with these giants? What sword might be metaphorically in our minds that we need to slay these giants and conquer our fears,to fulfil our purpose and enjoy our pathway to victory and more victories? How do we battle the subconscious mind that the conscious mind is not aware of? Any thoughts?

Very true I remember the founder of Coachville and ICF described celebrating each brick we lay not wait until the house is built. Sadly he passed away a year later after I heard this but I never forgot his words.
How Aware are we of the Reward of completing this course to take uncomfortable action ?
What about the Awareness of Rewards in other contexts of life however small or large so we can do the work we find uncomfortable. Is the reward strong enough to beat the feelings? Perhaps we needs some parrot mentorship as they can repeat our new beliefs and repeat the beliefs we have broken !

@Lakia Pope I am glad you loved this experience. I am so aware that my eyes may desire to see but what I really want is a happy emotional connection to turquoise waters and the water touching my skin and the smell of fresh ocean water and beautiful colours to make me in awe and wonder remembering it surely was created and what I can observe about the unknown creator.

@Lakia Pope I am aware the eyes don’t react to what I see the emotions in me do and it is my choice how much I want to immerse in gratitude with my sensual (5 sense experience) because I want to feel and touch the water and splash it and for it to be the perfect temperature to feel the warmth and comfort both to swim and relax but cold and refreshing to re-energise me to more adventures! To feel the silky sand in all its natural glitter and find an oyster shell free diving! that when I open up is full of immeasurable pearls and precious jewells That represent—————— Priceless immeasurably more than we could dream or imagine! Sadly many are not aware of their value and have believed a lie and grown the wrong 🌱
What are the benefits of having a deadline to fulfil this coaching program ?Is there something we can learn about parenting or leadership when we are training people?
Why is it some people work better the nearer the deadline because they have to and others break it down into little chunks that may be daily or weekly? So the other question is What is the benefit of planning to finish well before the deadline? Time to relax while others are highly stressed drinking coffee to stay awake and losing 🛌

Can you see the metaphor in the picture ? I certainly can and I could never be aware enough of this when I have deadlines
What is healthy competition and what is unhealthy competition?
I am curious what people think is healthy competition and what is unhealthy because collaboration and groups go further when they are moving/flying together, and minimises people feeling jealous or feeling left behind. Team achievement is far more rewarding than individual (is this true or false?) ED has set us a coaching course so what can we do that we aren’t doing to get as many of us through this challenge but excavating qualitative insight and coaching knowledge through the adventure so we can be enlightened with healthy self- awareness 🤔 Encouragement and support is like water

@Edd Mowbray Before I do I am curious how you understand the question? Competition can be in many different contexts Individual Sport, team sport, musician /group Business /Career path Wealth and Material Goods. Not that anyone of these things may be bad in themselves. Therefore what’s is healthy competition and what is unhealthy competition to get to our desired goals? What should the foundation be that we build on to achieve our potential in a very competitive culture ? For example comparing to others can be unhealthy or healthy meaning inspiring or learning a new way to do something better. Does that help ?

@Catherine Wright I like this response and resonate with your view that it is better to collaborate and work with each others weaknesses and strengths and have a balance of ————————- including ideas/reflection Pragmatics, and individuals with communication expertise to the stakeholders.
Thank you for everyone who supported me and helped me to get to L4 unlock the program
As far as I am concerned it was a community effort and I wouldn’t have got there without your suppprt! Who else can we help to get to L4 and unlock the program I am sure there must be something we can do legitimately to help them
