Why I’m Here: Building TaxLogic CRE the Right Way Legally
Hey everyone, I’m Nick from Charlotte, NC. I’m building TaxLogic CRE, an AI‑driven tax strategy layer for commercial real estate that helps investors and brokers see the real after‑tax cash flow of a deal before they close, instead of guessing at the tax side after the fact. Right now I’m operating as a 1099 independent while I validate the offer and get my first income streams going. As soon as revenue starts coming in, my plan is to incorporate, lock down the TaxLogic CRE name, and set up a solid legal and IP foundation so the business can scale safely. I’m here to learn how to set things up the right way from day one, avoid expensive legal mistakes with contracts, entity choice, and trademarks, and make sure my AI tools are compliant as they touch sensitive financial data for clients. In return, I’m happy to share what I’m learning about using AI and tax strategy to improve CRE deals, and to be a resource for anyone curious about cost segregation, 1031 planning, or building AI automations for real‑estate‑focused businesses
