There's only 3 ways to make MORE money!
I know, sounds goofy, right? But every strategy falls into one of these: 1. Find more clients 2. Sell more to existing clients 3. Raise your prices First: Find more clients. Getting clients is not about running random ads. It comes down to attention and trust. When someone searches “mobile detailer near me” and one company has 12 reviews and another has 200 with photos… Who wins? Reviews reduce risk. Speed also wins jobs. If someone fills out your form and waits 3 hours for a reply, they call someone else. The first professional response often closes the deal. Local SEO matters. Google Business profile optimized. Service pages built out. Photos uploaded. Reviews requested. Partnerships work too. Pressure washer + realtor. DJ + wedding venue. Towing company + repair shop. One referral partner can outperform paid ads. Second: Sell more to existing clients. Getting a customer costs money. Ads. Time. Follow up. So increase the value of each client. If someone books a $150 detail, offer: Ceramic coating. Monthly maintenance. Headlight restoration. Interior protection. That same client can turn into $700 over time. Recurring services change everything. Monthly cleaning plans. Seasonal pressure washing. Maintenance packages. Now you stop starting from zero every month. Follow up. “Hey, it’s been six months.” “We’re booking summer spots.” Past customers are easier to close than new leads. Third: Raise your prices. Most service businesses are underpriced. Cheap prices attract price shoppers. Higher prices attract value buyers. Value buyers are easier to work with. You don’t double prices overnight. You increase perceived value. Better branding. Cleaner presentation. Faster communication. More reviews. Professional photos. If you want more revenue, stop chasing random tactics. Pull one of the three levers: More clients. Higher customer value. Higher prices. Which one are you ignoring right now?

How to get jobs from Facebook groups!
Here's a GREAT video I found showing how to use Facebook groups to bring in jobs. A lot of this would work really well in LinkedIn groups as well!

Glad you liked it. It can be used in any niche really, just make small changes.

This can be a goldmine if used properly.
What’s the Difference Between Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads for Contractors, and Which One Should You Use to Get More Jobs?
One thing I notice when talking to contractors and home service business owners is that a lot of people lump “PPC” into one category. To many business owners, Google Ads and Facebook Ads seem interchangeable:“You run ads, leads come in, same thing.” But in reality, they work VERY differently, and understanding that difference can completely change the quality of jobs you get and the ROI of your campaigns. So let’s break it down. First, What’s Similar? The biggest thing both platforms have in common is your landing page (partly as you’ll soon see below) Whether traffic comes from Google or Facebook, your landing page still needs to: - build trust quickly - explain your service clearly - show credibility - make it easy to call or submit a form - convert visitors into actual leads A strong landing page is used for both platforms. That being said, Facebook does have one major difference here:you can sometimes bypass the landing page completely by using Facebook Lead Forms directly inside the platform. This can reduce friction and generate leads quickly, especially on mobile devices. The downside is that the lead quality can sometimes be lower because the process is easier and requires less commitment from the user. But beyond that, the similarities mostly end there, due to the following: 1. Different Customer Intent This is the biggest difference. Google Ads is search intent based. People are actively searching for services: - “roof repair near me” - “kitchen remodeling contractor” - “emergency plumber” - “concrete patio installer” - “best HVAC company near me” The customer already has intent. They already need the service. That’s why Google leads are often higher quality and more consistent, especially for contractors looking for immediate jobs. Facebook and Instagram work differently. People are not actively searching for a contractor while scrolling social media. They’re browsing content, watching videos, and interacting socially.

Well said... a Google ad will find someone who is looking for the service. Facebook and the others find people who were not actively looking, but who are now considering it. It's kind of like an impulse sale. Compared to just a few short years ago however, both platforms have got VERY good at knowing who to target... automatically. Thanks for the information. :)
Happy To Be Here – Quick Introduction
Hi everybody! I wanted to quickly introduce myself. My name is Yogev and I’ve been involved in online marketing and real estate investing for over a decade, since 2012. Around 2019, I shifted my focus more toward collaborating with real estate companies, wholesalers, and home service providers, specifically on the lead generation side for new jobs and customer acquisition. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients doing seven figures annually, and for the last 4 years I’ve focused heavily on Google Ads campaigns, both local and nationwide, across North America. Looking forward to sharing insights about lead generation, job acquisition, seller marketing, Google Ads, campaign strategy, and marketing processes in general. I’ve joined this group because I’m ramping up my work with contractors I’m curious to learn about more tools and ideas to help them acquire more job and business Would love to connect with like-minded people in the space and answer questions about PPC advertising for contractors.
