🆘Q: What Should I Do for a 2nd Prize?
Only the Highest Bidder on our Fun Auction Tuesday... ...walks away with... + a 500-member community... +email list +Partnership and Mentorship for the Life of the Community ...and the chest of the bootie here! BUT... If you were me... 👉👉What would you offer to the SECOND HIGHEST BIDDER? Keeping in mind... I'm personally delivering and partnering and investing my time, audiences, influence and relationships with the Grand Prize Winner. Some ideas I've had for 2nd Prize: 💡Be a contributor in one of my existing communities (Between 500 members and 2,000 members). You could make up to 2 posts a day. Run polls. Run auctions. You could sell anything that TRULY HELPS the members. I've got dozens of programs you could sell to start. We'd split revenue 50/50. 💡LIFETIME Partnership and Mentorship where we BUY a community of 500 to 2000 members with NO DOUGH DOWN, then double the members and MONETIZE IMMEDIATELY with Sponsorships...while we use the Mall Model to get other peeps to do all the selling and most of the content FOR US! 💡CRAP!!! That's all the ideas I got 😅 💡What do you think I should do for 2nd Prize? 🆘PLEASE HELP! 🆘 👇👇👇

Since this is a group of choosers... Scond place gets to CHOOSE what he/she wants. Everyone has different wants/needs. Hell island and heaven island are different for everyone. Everyone has different sharks. So... As you're bidding... If you don't win the auction... Maybe you have some other solution (tailored to you specifically) that you want/need. You get on zoom with the "loser" and hack it out. Of course, it has to be reasonable and worked out with you... And it can't be more valuable than the top prize... But then value is subjective. After all... every offer is just an exchange of value, and that exchange must feel lopsided to EACH party (a little Trav-ism???). Hell... I just may feel GOOD about "losing" the auction, because I get something I CHOOSE. I don't "pick from a list"
Some peeps don't like selling (Part 2)
It's just not their jam. My creative genius friend and colleague @Honey Syed ...has figured out something super cool for his community. He gets other peeps to contribute. He gets other peeps to do ALL of the selling...(in a super cool way too) He collects RECURRING commish. ...and never has to sell or pitch anything. Here's what he's up to... In most communities, the leader is running one "STORE." They are like store owners who have to do EVERYTHING... ...including 100% of the SELLING But... @Honey Syed runs his community more like a MALL OWNER. He owns the "mall" and carefully selects store owners who have what his community NEEDS. He lets them set up "shop." His shop owners do 100% of the selling. And then he gets a FAT percentage of everything they sell. (Up to 50%) His shop owners are INCENTIVIZED to provide CONTENT in his communities so they get more traffic to their "store." Pretty dang cool, huh? I don't know for sure... But... From my own experience... Most community owners would make far MORE money... With a "Mall Model" and getting 30% to 50% of 3, 5 or more STORES than they would running just ONE of their own. Trying to do 100% of the selling and delivering, etc. Especially if selling isn't their jam. Of course... The community leader can have their own store if they WANT to do some selling too. With the Mall Model... They don't HAVE TO! Now... I know there are a lot more details. I've asked @Honey Syed if he'd be open to sharing his Mall Model with you (in depth) I'm thinking... "IF" there's enough interest... ...we could do an EVERYONE CAN WIN AUCTION? If we did it... 👉👉👉Would you bid $1? 👇👇👇

⏰ Auction has Ended.
UPDATE: Auction won by @Nathan Edelen! Bids start at $1 This is a FLASH auction... Which means it may be over in minutes. I duuuuunnnnno? Put your best bids in NOW! You are bidding for the ownership of starter community all set up and with MEMBERS: ✅130 Members who are influencers in the personal finance/retirement space. ✅The members have YT channels with up to 1000s of subscribers each. One member has one of the best selling Retirement books on Amazon. (they are RABID buyers too.) ✅Professional cover photo, icon and A GREAT NAME is already set up. ✅The classroom already has great content. ✅The niche is easy to target and invite to the group. In fact, there's prior research on 1100+ potential members. ✅💥There are dozens of ways to monetize, but one of the strongest is that sponsors and advertisers in this space pay some of the biggest $$$ to get in front of this niche. (Depending on how many views, financial companies pay up to $50,000 per video to get their ads in front of people serious about personal finance and retirement planning.) This would save a new owner weeks, if not months. 💚Ownership will be transferred immediately upon payment. Skool makes it SUPER EASY to transfer. Rooting For Ya, Travis 🗣️FAQ: Q: When does the auction end? A: I will comment, "Going once" "Going TWICE" and if nobody jumps in before I say "SOLD"... then the gavel has dropped and we are finito! Q: is this auction for realz? A: YES! Let's have fun, but this is a binding auction. If someone makes a bid, they must be ready to HONOR it. If they don't honor it, I will never forget it. Everyone is watching. Bid with integrity. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟BONUSES: If bids get past a certain level 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟FIRST: We will celebrate with a beer or wine over Zoom together! 🌟🌟SECOND: I am offering support to help the winner blast off the member growth and monetization for 30 days!

Hey @Travis Sago just out of curiosity (apologies if I missed it)... Why did it end so quick? Was there a predetermined price? Was there a reason we didn't just run it to the moon and see how much it would get?

Would you bid $1? I've got a starter community all set up. ✅130 Members who are influencers in the personal finance/retirement space. (Depending on how many views, financial companies pay up to $50,000 per video to get their ads in front of people serious about personal finance and retirement planning.) This would save a new owner weeks, if not months. If I put this Starter Skool community up for auction, would you bid at least $1? ⏰UPDATE: It's going down! The auction will be on Wednesday (Feb 25th) at 3 PM central. This will be a SHORT AUCTION and is likely to be over within less than an hour. If you want, put this on your calendar:-)

After spending well over a decade writing for Agora... This might mesh quite well with my background.
I feel blessed!
Thank you everyone who took a hunk out of their Friday to come hangout on our first Happy Hour! I got to share beer and connect with old friends and I made some new friends. ♥️ I realize Friday at 3 PM central may not be an ideal time for most. ⏰ What day and time would make it possible for you to connect over a Happy Hour someday soon? 👇 Thanks in advance!
