Day 1
Alright… Day 1. No hype. No crazy plan. We’re just starting again. A lot of people in here don’t have a motivation problem. You’ve got a restart problem. You’ve tried before. You’ve had momentum before. But something always pulls you off track…and then starting again feels harder every time. So we’re not doing that this time. Today is simple on purpose. 👉 Your only job today: move your body for 10 minutes That’s it. Walk.Stretch.Light movement. No intensity required. And one thing I want you to think about while you do it: 👉 “Why do I actually want to get back at it?” Not what you think you should say. Your real reason. When you’re done, come back here and comment: - “Done” - or how it felt - or even if it was harder than you expected No judgment here. You showed up. That’s how this starts.

Ok. Gonna be brutally honest. I have to lose weight because I can’t move the way I used to especially during sexy time lol. I am going through a divorce and if I have to date new people I want to do it with confidence. I need strength and endurance along with losing weight. I have had friends who have lost weight with weight loss drugs and I don’t want to do that. I want it all on my own and to be PROUD of it!
