Watch Battle: Rolex Submariner vs Omega Speedmaster
You’re choosing just one iconic watch. Option 1: Rolex Submariner - Sporty, timeless, versatile, powerful everyday presence. Option 2: Omega Speedmaster - Legendary history, more understated, more collector energy, classic chronograph appeal. So let’s debate it: Which one would you rather own and wear for the next 10 years? Which watch impresses watch guys more…and which one impresses normal people more?

Sub edges out Speedy in my opinion. Both are definitive sports watches, but the diver has transcended "sport" and become an all occasion watch.
30 Day Challenge Day #6
I hope you all had a great Easter/Passover holiday celebration if you celebrate. Today is Day#6 of the 30 Day Challenge. This is an Omega Seamaster Aquaterra with the Terracotta dial. This is a watch that when it was first released my wife said she HAD to have it. 😎. While it took a while through Covid supply issues to have inventory available, we were able to pick this up a year or so ago. Now if you all don't know, both my wife and I have our own watch collections. I however, realized a while ago, that she will wear 1 watch for at least a week straight if not longer, so I didn't feel this was getting enough wrist time from her end. When I asked her about it she in only a way a wife of 33yrs can say "You wear your watches the way you want, and I'll wear mine the way I want" 😜. I of course only heard, as long as She is not wearing her watches if I like them, I'll wear them and see if she notices!! 😂. I bought some straps with the help of the Strap Master @David Denham Jr and swapped them out so her bracelets will be unchanged. I got a few wears on this before she realized and she just started laughing!! Now she wants ALL of her watches back that I "liberated" from her collection. SO this one may have to be returned soon, but at least I got it in the challenge as I really enjoy this one. Hope you all have a wonderful Monday!!

Great story! Despite it being your wife's watch it fits your wrist great too.
Watches and Wonders Predictions
Watches and Wonders is just a few weeks away. We've already seen a few releases, like Omega's two-handed METAS watch and some glimpses of an octagonal Rolex oyster, but what else do you think will be unveiled? I'm really hoping for a METAS BB54, personally.
New to watches. What fits my wrist size the best?
I'm leaning towards the watches with numbers on them because I think they would be easier to read. I asked the retailer for watches 40mm or smaller. My wrist size is around 6.5" (16.5cm)

Honestly, I think your camera is too close for a real idea. If there's a full-length mirror that you can take a picture with that'll add some distance and let you see how other people will actually be able to see your watch. I put 5 because you can definitely pull that one off but there are a couple others that might work (but there's still a chance they don't).
