It’s a short exercise you can use on one page of your writing, at your own pace. 1. You’ll find the PDF and EPUB in Classroom → Start Here: The First Pass. 2. Pick a page you’d like to work on and save a copy as BEFORE so you can compare versions. 3. Try the guided pass. You might experiment with a word choice, the structure of a paragraph, or something that brings your voice through more clearly. A single useful change is a win. 4. Save your revision as AFTER and jot down what you changed and why. If you prefer the original, keep it. 5. If you’re comfortable sharing, we’d love to see what you discovered in The Table. A short excerpt or a question is welcome, too. You don’t need to find something wrong with every sentence. The point is to explore what helps your writing and develop confidence in your own judgment. A new idea does not automatically deserve a new pen name, newsletter, channel, logo, and half-finished series. Your flagship receives durable attention. It has a clear audience promise and survives long enough to teach you something. Your laboratory exists to answer a bounded question. It may become a flagship later. It may also do its job, produce a lesson, and close. If everything is a brand, nothing compounds. Reply with: Flagship: the work or identity you are committed to building. Laboratory: the experiment you are permitting yourself to run. Stop condition: how you will know whether the experiment graduates, changes, or ends.

Do not paste raw model output you have not read and ask the room to repair it for you. 4. No promotion without permission. 5. Give enough process context to make feedback useful.
