She informed me she spoke to several appraisers that indicated it would appraise higher than my clients were offering. Meanwhile she sent me a document clearly produced by Chat GPT on why luxury homes are not evaluated on a price per square foot. Rather than make an enemy I let it go but isn't that how appraisers evaluate property?
