It's Cringe Until It Isn't
Found this gem from the early days. I remember being scared my college roommates were hearing me talk to the camera and make content. I had some friends this week find my old tik tok and start making fun of the videos I was making to my face. These friends have no idea about my youtube channel now. But I just smiled, because if they knew how much money creating content has made me over the last 2 years.... They'd be asking how the can get started, not making fun of it. You have to start somewhere. Take it one step at a time. I am rooting for all of y'all! 🏆 p.s. writing this at 4:13 I've been at my desk since 3:30am cause I can't sleep and I am excited to work on a few things. Most people slack on Fridays.... Get after it today.

I love it. Recently automated my YT pipeline so I can justify adding 20 minutes to my workday - and I'm pumped to start doing it. The creativity and thinking involved with discussing and sharing, not just the economical value of it, is what I'm looking for. DMing, staring at my pc, cold calling, all of that needs a break sometimes and I think content can be a healthy creative outlet Thanks for sharing!

Thoughts on working with chiropractors?
Hey Clay, had a quick question around working with Chiropractors. Their average ticket value is fairly low but from what i've researched - it looks like they have a lot of revenue and charging them $297/month for a website + google reviews should not be that hard. What are your thoughts on this? is it too low ticket? or something else?

Call 100 chiropractors, make your offer, then find out. Nothing is too "low ticket" right now if you haven't done anything yet lol. That sounded harsh - What I mean is don't worry about "too low" or "not that hard" or "I wonder if xyz niche is good." It's all relative. Your measuring stick should be "wow I was making $0 and now I'm making some dollars"

@Shayan Ahmed Ah I got it. Still, wouldn't stress it too much. If it's real rough, you can always slice the site off or some other services and make it cheaper

HIPAA Compliant Integration for Dental Office
Curious if anyone has integrated automated reviews after appointments with a Dental or Medical office before? Seems like a good opportunity, but just want to make sure I'm following HIPAA guidelines with patient information. Whats the easiest way to do this? Can you integrate directly with their CRM?

@Sheikh Turad Salim I mean, I think Clay has the resources in this group. Either cold call, dm, cold email, etc, and I'll just fulfill if you're serious about that. I have a 30% referral fee, so you'll make 30% over the lifetime of the client (if it's 300/mo, you'll make 90/mo) My site is redwaterrev.com, feel free to browse and dm me. I can send you a loom or 2 on a basic outreach to book a call path - but I don't wanna take advantage of you haha. If you can get clients, why not sell them yourself?

@Chiara Burns Ah, seeing this an your other comment. Yes, I signed a contractors agreement basically saying I will follow the same standards - but I never got any sensitive info. Just name, number, b-day and contact info. I didn't have to do anything outside of that - so I'm assuming the thing I signed was a BAA
