Let’s get the ball rolling
Out of the 5 of us in here right now… what’s something you’ve learned about yourself this year? If someone here said they were struggling, what advice would you give them?

I’ve learned a lot about myself and awareness over the past few years. I am easy to love/like, but my stubbornness will be my downfall. The things I have been through have helped me, but they did not and will not define me. If someone needed help or support, I would encourage them to reach out to me as I’m commonly known to “be real” with people instead of sugar coating

@David Sanham I would just let them know they are important. Their voice matters, and they are heard and loved by a community of people who care
Value
To build something real here, we need each other. Everyone in this group wants to feel heard, supported, and actually able to say what’s going on without being judged. I want to grow The Quiet Comeback into a proper space where people can talk openly… but I can’t do that on my own. I need your help to build it. So let’s start simple: What’s one thing you personally need right now to start your own Quiet Comeback? A mindset shift? A routine? Someone to talk to? A bit of accountability? More energy? More clarity? There’s no right or wrong answer — just honesty. Drop it below. This is how we start building something powerful together.

I just need people who feel the same way as me and have been through some real shit. I know a lot of us suffer silently, but when people can relate, it means much more
Welcome to The Quiet Comeback
WELCOME. I’ve created this space for one reason — because too many men are carrying too much in silence. Work pressure, money worries, family stuff, trauma, stress, old wounds, new problems… we just crack on and deal with it. Or we bury it. Or we try to outrun it.And most of the time, we don’t talk about any of it. This community is here so you don’t have to do it alone. There’s no judgement here.No egos.No fixing each other.Just real conversations from real blokes who’ve been through real shit. Share if you want.Listen if you want.Take what you need. You set the pace. To kick things off, just drop a quick intro — nothing deep unless you want it.Maybe: - Who you are - What brought you here - And what you want from a space like this Glad you’re here.Let’s build something real.— David

Hey David, I joined because like you, I think too many of us hide our feelings as men. I’ve been in the Army for almost twenty years, and dealt with a lot of stress, anxiety, and depression. It’s getting better, I’m on a lot of meds, but that’s just life. Things will get better! Let’s stay focused
