I’m looking for annual home appreciation numbers for individual provinces and cities. St. John’s NL to be specific in order to track portfolio performance. Anyone know best place to find/pull data from. Best I can find is on CREA site but can only pull graphs of quarterly results but not the underlying data. Any direction would be appreciated!!
