The form can sometimes lose small details unless you leave on it a box for further knformation but I always emailed appart from once as one client was telling near nothing and then they also did not want to fill in the questionare for we turn up to the gig well equiped. They wanted us to play in their garden and this would mean we would need to know what power sauce they would have and that would determin what gear we would need to take in order to avoid problems with malfunction of effects or valves blowing on amplifires. Some just have no idea why we need this information 😂😂😂
