Why Consistency Beats Chasing Every New Opportunity
One thing I've learned in business is that consistency beats chasing every new opportunity.A lot of people are looking for the next big thing, but most successful businesses are built by doing the right things repeatedly over time. For me, focusing on a few proven strategies, improving them little by little, and staying committed has produced far better results than constantly switching directions.I'm curious to hear from everyone here:What's one lesson, habit, or strategy that has had the biggest impact on your business growth or income?Let's share ideas and learn from each other's experiences. There are a lot of smart people in this community, and I'm sure we can all pick up something valuable from this discussion.

Hey Casey, love this! Couldn’t agree more. One lesson that has had a huge impact on me is that boring execution wins. Following up when you said you would. Tracking the numbers. Making the calls. Improving the same process over and over again. Doing the simple things consistently, even when there is no immediate reward. In business, it is easy to get distracted by the new shiny thing. New offer, new software, new strategy, new opportunity. But most growth I have seen comes from getting really clear on what already works, then having the discipline to keep sharpening it. For me, consistency in follow-up and staying close to the pipeline has been one of the biggest difference makers. A lot of opportunities are not lost because the deal was bad, they are lost because the process got loose. Simple, consistent action compounds.
I have a client file is this an option In this group
seeking a funding company that operates on a success-based fee structure, meaning they are only compensated if funding is successfully secured. Additionally, the approval fee should be calculated as a percentage of the total approved funding amount, rather than being assessed individually per account. This approach should apply regardless of whether the funding is obtained through a single credit line or multiple credit accounts.

Hi Edna, The amount they apply for is not always what is offered. There are many factors that come into play, happy to speak with you on this topic. Can you send me your number in a DM? Would love to connect with you. Also, to submit any new files, please send over the last 4 months of bank statements and contact information for the borrower to both nick@smallbizheroes.com and processing@smallbizheroes.com.
