Hello Everyone, I've recently met Kevin and he has kindly invited me into this community. He's shared with me that your a great group of wonderful people doing wonderful things and making Impacts around the world. My introduction: I live in Brisbane, Australia and my website tells me that I am a Trauma Therapist and Resilience Coach, lol. My business is not mainstream and I weave a few modalities together to support clients who may be struggling from the effects of known trauma events as well as those who struggle with the likes of anxiety, depression, overwhelm, etc. and may not even know why. My approach is based on three pillars, being to understand the emotional patterns affecting struggles and dysfunction, healing emotional wounding, and enhancing your relationship with self.
